PairPlan Account Deletion

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

1. Open PairPlan
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
4. Enter your password to confirm

Your account and all personal data will be permanently removed immediately.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to request account deletion:

support@pairplan.net

Include the email address associated with your PairPlan account. We will process your request within 48 hours.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile information
• Your push notification tokens
• Your session data
• If you are the last member of a couple: all shared events, tasks, key dates, and date plans

Note: If your partner is still in the couple, shared data (events, tasks, etc.) will be preserved for them. Your partner's account is never affected.
